These are three words that describe Sara Reichley.

 

As a Spanish instructor at New Albany High School, Sara (Miss Reichley) views teaching as an opportunity to expose her students to the Spanish language and its culture. Thus, not only do they learn from her, but she learns from them as well. By openly speaking of herself as a lifelong learner, she instills a sense of curiosity and wonder in her students. Two of her greatest teachers in life have been her two basset hounds, Otis and Dunkin. They have taught her unconditional, genuine love. As a result, she strives to reflect their example by loving in a similar non-judgmental way, all the while teaching her students that they can be the same.
